We mainly use three carriers, Poste Italiane, FedEx, UPS.
The customer can choose the carrier considering that the costs and the service are very different.

Poste Italiane

- low cost (eg: 60x60x80 cm package, weight 24 kg, to USA, € 180)
- delivery time 5-15 days depending on the destination
- insurance (*)
- the package is delivered by a local carrier (Eg: USPS in the United States)

* In case the package is damaged or if there is reason to believe that the contents are damaged it is mandatory to write in the receipt "Package and contents damaged" upon receipt, and to keep the receipt. In some cases it will be necessary to make a complaint to the nearest post office. Otherwise the insurance will not pay any refund.

FedEx or UPS

- high cost (eg: pack 60x60x80 cm, weight 24 kg, to USA, € 340)
- delivery time 2-5 days depending on the destination
- insurance (**)
- the package is delivered by the same carrier

** Once the package has been opened and verified that the contents are damaged, please inform us as soon as possible. Do not throw the package. We will immediately send to your home a FedEx / UPS inspector who will verify the damage and activate the repayment procedure which is very quick.

The shipment is the most difficult and risky phase of the entire process. This is why we spend a lot of care and time about this step.
A really good packaging is also expensive enough.
But a good packaging seems to be the only way to get to all corners of the world without damage our precious radios.
