The name of Nordmende devices was inspired by famous lyric operas.
At the end of the restoration of each unit I have always enjoyed listening the opera from which the device gets its name.
On this occasion I listened to the Overture and the first tracks Fidelio incision of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra conducted by Solti.
